RFtestpro
RFtestpro is a software product that manages and controls radio devices such as receivers, transmitters and transceivers. The RFtestpro system can be configured to receive a list of managed radio devices, their attributes, and testing capabilities. The RFtestpro system then displays the configuration and attributes of these devices and allows a user to send test commands to the devices and view the results.

Users Access Control
RFtestpro defines two types of users: an administrator and a technician. RFtestpro is capable of verifying a user's access permissions with a remote Security Access Control system such as Active Directory via a standard LDAP interface.
Event Management
RFtestpro allows its users to generate events and associate events to devices. RFtestpro records these events and makes them available for display in all active sessions. RFtestpro's event viewing capabilities include filtering and sorting event information based on several displayed categories. RFtestpro is also capable of forwarding events to external systems such as a Manager of Managers (MOM) via a standard SNMP interface. RFtestpro is also capable of receiving events from external systems via standard JMS notifications.
Configuration Management
RFtestpro is capable of receiving a list of managed radio elements from an external system. This configuration information is then displayed to the user in a tabular format where it can be sorted and filtered based on several criteria. RFtestpro receives configuration updates from an external system via JMS notifications.
Testing and Commands
RFtestpro receives an initial load of the testing capabilities for the devices it manages. RFtestpro then displays these testing capabilities to its users as a set of testing commands that can be sent to the particular device(s) the user wants to test. When the user sends a test command, RFtestpro forwards the command to an external system that carries it to the physical radio device and returns the results to RFtestpro for display to the user. In addition to displaying the results of the current test, RFtestpro also tracks the results of the last test performed against the device and displays it to the user prior to them sending the test command.
SNMP MIB
The function of the SNMP MIB of RFtestpro is to store information pertinent to the operation of RFtestpro. It contains and/or sends as traps all the information in which the northbound management applications may be interested. In this capacity, the RFtestpro server acts as an "SNMP agent".
Administration
RFtestpro includes a user interface for administrators to change system attributes and perform cleanup of system files.
